We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, turning units and ensuring that service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Must be motivated & available to work “On Call”.
HVAC certification is a plus!
The successful candidate must be experienced with service and repair in the following areas:
- Electrical
- Appliance
- HVAC
- Drywall
- Plumbing
- Painting
Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential. This position provides excellent salary and benefits package.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
